Salary: UAH 7,000 to UAH 12,000 (approximately)

Job Type: Full-time, Immediate Joiner
Travel Requirement: Occasional travel to India Head Office (1-2 times every three months)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and dedicated Female Office Assistant cum Personal Secretary to the CEO. This role is designed for someone who is adaptable, ready to handle a variety of tasks, and can manage both executive and office responsibilities. You will be working directly with the CEO and will have the opportunity to contribute across various aspects of the business. Occasional travel to our Head Office in India (1-2 times every three months) is required for key meetings and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal Secretary to the CEO:
- Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain the CEO's documents, presentations, and reports.
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure that the CEO's time and priorities are efficiently managed and well-organized.
- Office Administration:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and provide general office support.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and other logistical needs.
- Organize meetings and prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential company information with discretion and professionalism.
- General Administrative Support:
- Assist with daily office operations, such as coordinating office activities and maintaining a productive environment.
- Provide support with administrative tasks across various departments, as required.
- Ensure the smooth running of office processes, helping resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Travel Coordination and Logistics:
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Occasionally travel to India for key meetings or company events (1-2 times every three months).
- Assist with any logistical or travel-related needs for the CEO or other executives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or executive assistant role.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
- Professional, proactive, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Additional Requirements:
- Comfortable with occasional travel (1-2 trips every three months) to India.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
