About the Role

We are looking for a
Lead Concept Designer
who can translate a client's vision into fast, high-quality visual concepts using an iPad. (Interior or Exterior Design for High end villas)

This is a
client-facing creative role
where you shape the initial direction, then hand the project to our internal production team.

You are not executing final designs — your strength is
concept thinking, sketching, and creative direction
.


What You Will Do

  • Join scheduled client discovery calls
  • Understand their ideas clearly and confidently
  • Sketch 1–3 visual concepts (Procreate/Sketchbook on iPad) within 24–48 hours
  • Provide creative direction during the handover
  • Work with our in-house design team for final alignment
  • Approve the concept before it moves into execution
  • After concept approval, you are cut off from the client (no back-and-forth)


Who We Are Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys concept creation more than execution
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Confident and clear presence on client calls
  • Strong sketching or idea-visualization skills on iPad
  • Aesthetic understanding: modern, clean, premium
  • Experience in interiors, architecture, branding, or creative concept design
  • Fast thinker, structured, reliable

Compensation Model

This is a
flexible, project-based position
:

  • Paid per client call and Concept Sketch on Ipad
    (USD 150)
  • You will be averagely handling 10-20 calls per month.

No monthly commitment — you get paid for every call and concept delivered.


How You'll Be Evaluated

Shortlisted applicants will complete a simple test:

  1. A short mock client scenario
  2. 2–3 concept sketches on iPad (30–45 mins)
  3. Portfolio review focused on concept thinking, not polished renderings
