KWS Ukraine is hiring: Marketing Operations Coordinator

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator to join our team in Kyiv. In this role you will support the Cross-crop sales and agroservice teams, managing the entire operational cycle of marketing materials – from order collection and processing to distribution, documentation, reporting and coordination across the internal systems and departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing operations for a teams of 57 sales representatives and agroservice professionals. 
  • Managing orders for giveaways and printed materials via Salesforce CRM, and ensure smooth distribution and proper documentation.
  • Support loyalty program execution in cooperation with CRM key user.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation flow related to purchases, invoices and certificates of work completion using Matrix 42 (Digital workspace management)
  • Create CPH purchase orders for each procurement request and related projects.
  • Coordinate the purchase, delivery and write-off processes for marketing items and field supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and internal documentation procedures.

Your Profile:

  • 2+ years experience in a marketing assistance, operations or coordination role
  • Bs degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
  • (Pre-) Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with documentation and numbers
  • Excellent time-management, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently under tight deadlines and manage multiply priorities
  • Comfortable with CRM systems and operational tools; experience with Salesforce CRM and Matrix 42 is a plus
  • Adaptable team player with a structured and reliable work style.
