Ми шукаємо уважного до деталей і комунікабельного спеціаліста технічної підтримки в команду, яка розвиває та підтримує партнерський портал (Partner Relationship Management System). Цей портал — важливий бізнес-інструмент, що дозволяє автоматизувати взаємодію з партнерами, дистриб'юторами, а також внутрішніми користувачами компанії.
Основне завдання цього порталу — спростити щоденні процеси, покращити досвід користувачів та допомогти компанії ефективніше взаємодіяти зі своєю партнерською мережею. Ви будете займатись підтримкою користувачів порталу, вирішенням технічних запитів, проводити онбординг нових співробітників та партнерів, а також брати участь у розвитку нової функціональності. Основні завдання:
  • Технічна підтримка користувачів (внутрішніх та зовнішніх): консультації, вирішення запитів, допомога в усуненні технічних проблем.
  • Онбординг нових користувачів: проведення навчань, інструктажів, супровід нових користувачів порталу на всіх етапах.
  • Створення та оновлення документації: написання інструкцій, посібників користувача, FAQ та інших допоміжних матеріалів.
  • Менеджмент контенту порталу: контроль актуальності інформації, розміщення нових матеріалів, перевірка їх коректності.
  • Збір та аналіз зворотного зв'язку: вивчення потреб користувачів та формування рекомендацій щодо покращення порталу.
  • Участь у розробці нової функціональності: взаємодія з командою розробки, участь у тестуванні нових функцій та їх подальшій підтримці.
Вимоги до кандидата:
  • Досвід роботи у сфері технічної підтримки або з клієнтами (досвід у B2B буде перевагою).
  • Високі комунікативні навички (письмові та усні).
  • Англійська мова - B2 (upper-intermediate).
  • Сервісне мислення: прагнення допомагати користувачам, орієнтованість на розв'язання проблем.
  • Технічні навички: базове розуміння HTML та принципів роботи веб-застосунків буде перевагою.
  • Уважність до деталей, відповідальність та проактивність.
  • Готовність швидко навчатися і розбиратися з новими технологіями.
Буде плюсом:
  • Досвід роботи з CRM-системами.
  • Досвід взаємодії з IT-командами або командами розробки.
