    growth marketing
    або
    product-led growth
    , з досвідом масштабування аудиторії у стартапах чи мобільних платформах.
  • Лідера, який поєднує
    аналітичне мислення
    з креативністю та вміє будувати гіпотези, запускати експерименти і швидко вчитися на даних.
  • Людину, яка розуміє платформи з
    ефектом мережі (network effect)
    і може створювати ефективні стратегії
    cold start
    та
    ретенції
    .
  • Досвід у
    Meta Ads, Telegram Ads, Influencer marketing, SEO, рефералках
    або
    партизанському маркетингу
    — великий плюс.

Ваші завдання:

  • Розробити і реалізувати
    стратегію зростання аудиторії Fleetli
    (від установки до першої дії в додатку).
  • Керувати експериментами з
    залучення та активації користувачів
    (
    user acquisition, activation, retention
    ).
  • Запускати та масштабувати
    рекламні кампанії
    (Meta, Telegram, інфлюенсери, SEO, партнерства).
  • Працювати з продуктом над
    фичами, що стимулюють виральність, органічне зростання і конверсію
    .
  • Створити
    систему аналітики
    для відстеження ефективності каналів залучення та зростання.
