KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an experienced digital marketer to develop and implement our influencer marketing strategies/creative campaigns. If you are a team player with a positive, professional attitude and an understanding of the influencer world, then you are the person we are looking for.

• Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies
• Identify new talent and build partnerships with them
• Attend relevant industry events to network and develop business
• Generate creative content ideas and actively participate in their creation
• Work with social media and community teams to ensure seamless integration
• Conduct in-depth research on industry experts, competitors, target audience and users
• Work closely with the marketing team to create and coordinate integrated marketing strategies across multiple channels
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• You are an expert in developing awareness campaign strategies.
• Experience of working with influencers
• In-depth knowledge of the social media marketing industry.
• Project management experience and a structured approach
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and networking skills.
• Interest in and understanding of trends in the beauty and cosmetics industry.
• English Upper-Intermediate
