Knowledge skill and abilities:

  • MS Office, advanced Excel, Word, Power Point
  • Advanced English (desirable)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with big amount of data
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
  • Strong negotiation skills with external suppliers and internal stakeholders, problem solving skills
  • Effective time management and ability to determine priorities
  • Experience in procurement or similar area – at least 3 years
  • Education – Finance, Economics (desirable)

Responsibilities:

  • Take over responsibility over laboratory, admin, EHS, categories, experience in MRO category desirable;
  • Perform regular and project based procurement activities according to internal policies;
  • Become a single point of contact for suppliers and stakeholders within defined category.
  • Form tender documentation and reports over performed biddings.
  • Control and drive supplier selection process, finalize and present the results.
  • Maintain and store supplier selection related documents.
