The Project Coordinator will work together with a team to execute a high-profile YES (Yalta European Strategy) one-day event, with a focus on participant management and program coordination. This temporary three-month role demands strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participant and Speaker Coordination:

Manage participant databases and evaluate potential speakers, including background checks.

Act as the primary contact for speakers, managing communications and logistics.

  • Program and Content Preparation:

Assist in developing event outlines and draft moderator briefings.

Draft official correspondence and personalized invitations.

  • Logistics and Protocol:

Coordinate details for speakers' participation, accommodation, and transportation.

Liaise with international protocol teams to ensure smooth event operations.

  • Research and Content Collection:

Conduct research for speaker portfolios and gather event-related content.

Requirements:

Experience in event or project management.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
