About the Role

As a Talent Sourcer/Recruiter, you'll be key in identifying and engaging exceptional professionals. You'll expand our talent network, ensuring high-quality candidate delivery to our clients, especially within the German and Swiss markets. 

What You'll Do
  • Talent Sourcing: Proactively identify and attract passive and active candidates, particularly within the German and Swiss markets, using various sourcing channels.
  • Candidate Engagement: Craft compelling messages to engage potential candidates and build rapport.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about talent trends and competitive intelligence in Germany, Switzerland, and across Europe.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our recruitment team to understand client requirements and align sourcing efforts.
  • Initial Screening: Conduct initial screens to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
  • Pipeline Nurturing: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
What You'll Bring
  • Experience: A minimum experience in talent sourcing/recruitment, or a foundation from relevant courses/bootcamps.
  • Language Skills: German AND/OR Upper-Intermediate English 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive Mindset: Self-starter, results-driven, and urgent.
  • Digital Savvy: Comfortable with various digital tools, ATS/CRM, and social media for sourcing.
