Основні обов'язки:
  • Управління рекламними кампаніями в Facebook та Snapchat
  • Оптимізація маркетингових метрик (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention)
  • ICP Research & Audience Profiling - глибоке дослідження та сегментація аудиторії
  • Контент-стратегія - розробка та тестування рекламних креативів у співпраці з Ad Creative Designers
  • Масштабування успішних рекламних кампаній, тестування різних стратегій
  • Аналіз воронки продажів - від першого показу реклами до покупки та повторних конверсій
  • Тестування гіпотез: whitelisting на акаунтах інфлюенсерів, ретаргетинг, мультиканальна стратегія
  • Аналіз ефективності лендінгів та UI-оптимізація для підвищення довіри та конверсій
Вимоги:
  • Від 3-х років досвіду у User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
  • Глибокий досвід роботи в Facebook Ads та Snapchat Ads
  • Досвід роботи з великими бюджетами (від $100K на місяць)
  • Розуміння маркетингових метрик: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROI, ROAS, LTV, CAC, retention
  • Досвід роботи з Google Analytics
  • Growth-hacking майндсет - вміння швидко генерувати нестандартні рішення та впроваджувати їх
  • Вміння аналізувати всі етапи воронки продажів та знаходити слабкі місця
  • Контент-маркетинг та A/B тестування для підвищення ефективності
  • Англійська Intermediate
