I'm Lusik, Team Lead of the HR & Recruitment squad at Precoro. Our team — Daria, Anna, Alina, and I — is a small but mighty group of people who truly love what we do.

Maybe that's you?

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (ideally in a product company).
• Strong English communication skills (Upper-Intermediate+) — some of our processes and candidates are English-speaking.
• You know how to build transparent and warm relationships with candidates.
• You value speed — but never at the cost of quality.
• You've got that perfect balance of analytical mindset and empathy — the same one we all admire at Precoro.

What You'll Be Doing

• Full recruitment cycle — from shaping the role profile to delivering a successful offer.
• Close collaboration with hiring managers: defining expectations, conducting market research, and communicating candidate progress.
• Contributing to sourcing strategy and enhancing the overall candidate experience.
• Analytics and reporting: tracking results and metrics to help us make smarter hiring decisions.
• And most importantly — being someone who loves achieving great results, not just following the process.
