We currently have a fantastic opportunity to appoint a Growth & Development Specialist in Intellias and join our Talent Growth and Development team

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, initiative team member passionate about learning and supporting Intellias employees in professional development and growth.

What project we have for you

The Leadership & Management Excellence development stream at Intellias is designed to strengthen leadership and management capabilities across the organization. The role covers end-to-end coordination of learning activities, from needs assessment to program execution and reporting. It ensures effective collaboration with stakeholders, smooth vendor management, and continuous improvement of learning processes.

What you will do

Training delivery

• Coordinate and support learning and development activity to deliver to Intellias managers and leaders through a range of blended methodologies, including online-learning, virtual training, comprehensive learning program, etc.;
• Liaise with Talent Growth and Development team, Delivery managers and learners to identify learning needs and target skillset as a base for the curriculum;
• Organize educational events and follow up the training process, managing students' pre-selections, onboarding, attendance tracking, equipment and materials assurance;
• Take part in developing and improving to the learning processes;
• Cultivate and support mentoring (individual and group) among learners;
• Maintain and promote online-learning courses use;
• Support LMS transition.

Reporting

• Preparation of reports (periodical and ad hoc);
• Coordinate all learning and development course evaluation data, producing regular reports on the effectiveness of the training

Vendors contracting

• Support relationships with internal trainers community and key training providers ensuring high quality cost effective delivery and development of new programmes to meet learning and development needs.
• Liaising with internal trainers and external training providers to obtain quotes, book trainings and process payments

What you need for this

• Degree educated
• Proficiency in English (intermediate level);
• A good communicator with a logical and pragmatic style
• Developed capability to work alone and as part of a team, drive for result
• Proven experience of working with MS Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Jira will be an advantage
• Experience of work in Training and Development will be an advantage
