Community Manager for the Expert Platform PhilinUA

The Philanthropy in Ukraine team is looking for a Community Manager to work with the expert community of the PhilinUA platform for effective communication, building a network of independent experts, and quality control of assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Searching for and attracting new experts;
- Managing current documentation related to experts (contract management, payment control, etc.);
- Onboarding new experts;
- Coordinating the existing expert community and fostering its development;
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of expert assessments and work.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience in the nonprofit sector and an understanding of its context;
- Understanding community management principles and building a network of ambassadors;
- Implementing a bonus system and maintaining active communication within the community;
- Independence in decision-making and task execution.
