As our Client Acquisition Manager, you'll drive MGID's growth in Ukraine by bringing SMB advertisers and performance agencies on board. You'll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing — showcasing how MGID's native and performance solutions deliver real business results.
What you will do:
Work with direct SMB advertisers, performance, and media agencies to identify their goals and match them with MGID's performance-based solutions.
Promote MGID's native advertising platform and clearly communicate product value and measurable ROI within the digital ecosystem.
Build and manage your pipeline — from prospecting and outreach to pitching, negotiation, and closing deals independently.
Analyze the market to discover new client segments and business growth opportunities.
Develop media plans that meet advertiser objectives and deliver strong campaign results.
Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, AdOps, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and campaign performance.
Forecast and report pipeline status, feedback, and revenue progress, consistently achieving sales KPIs.
Maintain organized records of all sales activities and client communication in HubSpot CRM.
Represent MGID at meetings and industry events, building relationships that strengthen our presence in the Ukrainian market.
Who you are:
You have 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, ideally within performance-based channels such as search, contextual, or native advertising.
You are a confident negotiator and presenter, able to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
You thrive in sales environments driven by KPIs and clear results, taking ownership of your targets.
You are analytical and adaptable, quick to adjust strategies to changing market conditions.
You build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners, especially in the SMB segment.
You have a proven track record of acquiring and onboarding new clients, turning prospects into long-term partners.
You are organized, reliable, and resilient under pressure.
You have a higher education degree and a strong desire to keep learning and growing.
Will be a plus:
You understand the Ukrainian digital advertising market and the specific needs of SMB advertisers.
You are comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and reporting your progress clearly.
You demonstrate critical thinking and healthy optimism, always looking for solutions.
You stay curious, use AI/LLMs to improve your efficiency, and have a broad perspective on the digital ecosystem.
Languages proficiency:
You are fluent in Ukrainian, with English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above for internal communication.
Where are you located:
You are based in Ukraine, preferably in or near Kyiv, and open to a hybrid work format (1–2 days per week in the office during onboarding, then flexible).
You are ready to travel for meetings or industry events across Ukraine.
