Що ми очікуємо від тебе:

  • Досвід роботи на позиції Art Director/Senior Designer від 2-х років;
  • Менторські навички;
  • Розуміння трендів рекламного ринку;
  • Вміння презентувати;
  • Досвід у продакшн-процесах (зйомки, постпродакшн);
  • Круте портфоліо, творче мислення й амбітність;
  • Adobe Creative Cloud.

Що входитиме у твої обов'язки:

  • Створення ідей для рекламних кампаній, брендингу та інших проєктів;
  • Розробка ключових віжуалів і графічних концепцій;
  • Презентація ідей клієнтам;
  • Ведення знімальних проєктів, курування продакшну і постпродакшну;
  • Координація роботи та менторство дизайнерів, надання конструктивного фідбеку з метою розвитку команди;
  • Оцінка якості ключових віжуалів та фінального продукту перед його здачею;
  • Контроль власного часу на проєктах;
  • Моніторинг актуальних тенденцій у дизайні, рекламі та медіа;
  • Проведення внутрішніх воркшопів, навчальних сесій;
  • Впровадження нових підходів, технологій і методів роботи.
