Lead Generation Specialist

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you'll help us grow by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. You'll work closely with our Head of Sales Development, Anna Demerchian, and a team of experienced lead gen specialists.

Required Skills:

- 6 months of hands-on experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT or agency)
- Strong written English (B2 )
- Ability to write clear, personalized, and compelling outreach messages
- Understanding of ICP and the lead qualification process
- Experience working with CRM systems (Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.)

- Solid experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
- Proactive, structured, and results-oriented mindset

Would be a plus:

- Hands-on experience with lead generation automation tools (Lemlist, Instantly, Waalaxy, etc.)

What you'll do:
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
- Analyze job posts to detect companies actively hiring design talent
- Craft and send personalized outreach messages via LinkedIn and email
- Manage follow-ups and qualify leads based on our ICP
- Book intro calls for Business Development Managers
