With active projects spanning multiple states, we're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting project managers and field teams by managing documentation, coordinating operational tasks, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Your organizational skills, technical aptitude, and communication abilities will help keep our projects on track and our teams well-coordinated — all while working in a dynamic, remote environment.

Position Type

  • Full-time, remote; PE (3rd group)/ Self-employed registration required
  • Work schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (CDT, Chicago Time) / 16:00 – 00:00 (GMT+3, Kyiv Time)(flexible hours based on workload; focus is on results rather than fixed times).

What You'll Do

  • Support Project Managers with daily coordination and project documentation
  • Handle billing records and assist with the administrative aspects of construction projects
  • Generate production reports using data from field crews and internal systems
  • Work with PDFs (as-built drawings, markups, redlines) using Adobe Acrobat
  • Interpret aerial and underground fiber/coax design maps
  • Maintain clear and organized digital documentation
  • Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace tools for reporting and collaboration
  • Communicate regularly with the field and operations teams to clarify job information and solve discrepancies

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in telecom, construction, or utilities (strong advantage)
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (must)
  • Solid skills in Adobe Acrobat and/or other professional PDF editing tools
  • Ability to interpret technical construction documents, including fiber and coax designs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace tools
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and proactive — able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Comfortable in a fast-changing, project-based workflow
