Introduct Group is an international company delivering software development excellency in tailored solutions to our customers worldwide. The company is originally from Estonia, with headquarters in Kyiv and offices in other countries.

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: from writing engaging job descriptions to successful hires.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define clear requirements and expectations.
  • Create and publish job postings that stand out.
  • Source developers and non-technical IT professionals (from Junior to Senior) using multiple tools and platforms.
  • Manage pipelines effectively through ATS systems.
  • Conduct interviews and deliver open, constructive feedback.
  • Build long-term relationships with candidates and maintain a strong talent pool.
  • Recruit across both Ukrainian, European and Middle East markets.
What We're Looking For
  • From years of recruitment experience  (in IT).
  • Strong skills in sourcing across different platforms and tools.
  • English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and work effectively in uncertain conditions.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, and always ready to take initiative.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to give open feedback.
