Thanks to our efforts, we are always on the list of the top 5 dating apps in the USA. Hily today: 36M users, 1.5B likes sent, 50M matches annually.

You will:

• Explore large data sets.
• Look for growth points.
• Implement new methods for evaluating the quality of traffic.
• Optimise code.
• Work in cooperation with marketing.
• Propose how to optimise and increase traffic volumes.
• Visualise data for decision-making.
• Propose hypotheses and test them in practice.

From you:

• Willingness to deal with new tasks independently.
• To achieve the set goals.
• Initiate changes in approaches that will improve performance.
  

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in marketing analytics in a product company.
• Experience in creating ML models.
• Experience with Clickhouse.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Experience with Git.
• Experience with Airflow.
