We're seeking a Junior Data Analyst who is passionate about data, curious about marketing, and ready to grow in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Our marketing analytics is not about boring graphs and tables, but about interesting challenges, generating and testing hypotheses, building models, and much more.

About You:

• 1+ year of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or Marketing Analyst.
• Strong skills in SQL and Python.
• Experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
• Knowledge of probability theory and statistics.
• Basic understanding of marketing processes and metrics with a desire to deepen expertise in this field.
• English proficiency at B1 or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Tableau or Amplitude.
• Hands-on experience as a Performance Marketer.

Your Areas of Impact:

• Analyze marketing results and track paid traffic performance to ensure high ROI.
• Generate and validate new hypotheses and ideas to drive product growth using a data-driven approach.
• Partner with the marketing team on day-to-day initiatives and provide analytical support.
• Execute ad hoc analysis for business-critical decisions.
• Build and maintain forecasting, attribution, and other analytical models.
• Contribute to automation of reporting and analytical processes.
