Для нашого клієнта шукаємо Resource Manager. Українська IT-компанія з більш ніж 10-річним досвідом, яка трансформує бізнеси через ціннісні технологічні рішення. Працює в аутсорсі, аутстафі та продуктовій розробці, створюючи рішення для CRM & ERP систем, мобільної та веб-розробки.

Ви будете відповідати за ефективне планування людських ресурсів у команді розробки та досліджень, забезпечуючи оптимальний розподіл фахівців між проєктами, прогнозуючи потреби та запобігаючи простою спеціалістів.
Основні обов'язки:
Планування ресурсів та управління командою
  • Розподіл співробітників між проєктами відповідно до їхніх навичок, навантаження та пріоритетів бізнесу.
  • Планування ротацій та замін на поточних і майбутніх проєктах для забезпечення безперервності роботи.
  • Моніторинг завантаження команди, запобігання простою спеціалістів, комунікація з BDM у разі необхідності.
Координація та співпраця
  • Тісна взаємодія з BDM та старшими по технологіям для узгодження потреб у спеціалістах.
  • Щоденний моніторинг прогресу команди в Jira.
Управління змінами та прогнозування
  • Оперативне коригування ресурсного плану у відповідь на зміни в проєктах.
  • Довгострокове прогнозування кадрових потреб.
Робота з партнерами та рекрутингом
  • Аналіз кадрового потенціалу, своєчасне відкриття вакансій для зовнішнього пошуку.
Вимоги до кандидата:
  • Досвід: Від 2 років на аналогічній позиції.
  • Знання та навички:
    • Планування ресурсів та управління командою.
    • Розуміння повного циклу розробки програмних продуктів.
    • Розуміння принципів ІТ-аутсорсингу.
    • Досвід роботи з Jira, таблицями (Google Sheets, Excel).
    • Високий рівень аналітичних здібностей.
    • Досвід кросфункціональної співпраці та комунікації з підрядниками.
    • Вміння працювати в мінливому середовищі, самостійно визначати пріоритети.
    • Здатність управляти великим обсягом інформації.
    • Англійська високий рівень (читання документації).

  • Формат: Офіс (метро Васильківська)
  • Зарплатна вилка: USD.
  • Дата старту: ASAP.
