HackenProof, the leading Web3 bug bounty and crowdsourced audit platform trusted by top-tier crypto projects, is growing We're on a mission to make Web3 safer by connecting ethical hackers with blockchain companies. 

What You'll Work On:

We're hiring a Junior/Middle B2B Marketing Specialist to strengthen our outreach to enterprise blockchain projects, DeFi protocols, and Web3 companies. This role focuses on driving qualified leads through targeted B2B campaigns, nurturing partnerships, and positioning Hackenproof as the go-to security partner in the ecosystem. You'll own the full cycle of B2B marketing execution with data-driven optimization.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns (LinkedIn, email sequences, webinars, partner co-marketing) to attract blockchain companies and security decision-makers.

  • Manage end-to-end lead generation funnels: from audience segmentation and content creation to A/B testing and conversion tracking.

  • Analyze key metrics (CAC, LTV, MQL/SQL conversion rates, pipeline velocity, ROI per channel) and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.

  • Collaborate with sales to align on ICPs, create case studies, whitepapers, and pitch decks tailored to C-level and security leads.

  • Handle social media for B2B audiences (primarily LinkedIn for thought leadership) and support event sponsorships (conferences, hackathons).

  • Use marketing automation and CRM tools to nurture leads and maintain data hygiene.

It's a Match If You Have:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on B2B marketing experience (preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or blockchain).

  • Proven ability to work with metrics: setting KPIs, tracking funnel performance, and optimizing based on data.

  • Proficiency with core marketing tools

  • Strong copywriting skills for professional audiences (emails, landing pages, LinkedIn posts).

  • Experience running paid campaigns

  • Upper Intermediate English ; ability to communicate with international clients and partners.

Nice to Have:

  • Basic understanding of blockchain/Web3 trends.
