Наш клієнт – українська корпорація, що поєднує декілька напрямів діяльності: девелопмент, будівництво, продаж нерухомості та управління об'єктами. Один із лідерів на ринку девелопменту в Україні.

Посада

Виконавчий Директор відповідає за повний цикл реалізації девелоперських проєктів — від підготовки ділянки до завершення будівництва, забезпечуючи своєчасність, якість і фінансову ефективність усіх процесів.

Основна мета — побудова ефективної системи управління проєктами, контроль виконання планів, оптимізація ресурсів та налагодження робочої дисципліни команди.

Локація – Львів.

Підпорядкування – Засновнику компанії.

Ключові обов'язки

  • Забезпечення своєчасного, якісного та фінансово ефективного завершення чинних і запуск нових девелоперських проєктів.
  • Управління процесом розробки, погодження та реалізації проєктів будівництва.
  • Планування і контроль розхідної частини бюджету.
  • Вибір та підготовка ділянок під будівництво, участь у процедурі отримання дозвільної документації.
  • Співпраця з проєктними компаніями на етапі створення концепції та технічних рішень.
  • Організація та контроль розробки проєктної документації та калькуляцій.
  • Проведення тендерів, аналіз пропозицій і вибір підрядників.
  • Контроль дотримання термінів, якості та вартості будівництва.
  • Забезпечення ефективної взаємодії між підрядниками (витратна частина) та комерційним департаментом (дохідна частина).
  • Управління, розвиток, мотивація, забезпечення ефективності роботи команди.
  • Регулярна взаємодія і звітність перед власником і партнерами щодо ходу виконання проєктів, та забезпечення прозорої і професійної комунікації.

Портрет успішного кандидата

  • Досвід управління виробничою або будівельною компанією.
  • Досвід в будівництві об'єктів / запуску потужностей (нерухомість, виробництво).
  • Досвід управління інвестиційно-будівельними проєктами: підготовка документації, бюджетування, пошук підрядників, тендери, планування та контроль розхідної частини, контроль виконання робіт.
  • Фінансова грамотність: практичний досвід бюджетування та фінансового контролю.
  • Сильні управлінські навички.
  • Системне мислення та здатність занурюватись у деталі процесів.
