Business Unit Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Unit Manager to join our team and drive and manage this new division.

As a Firm for 10 years, we have been building custom solutions for businesses worldwide. At this point, we see an opportunity in the system integration space, as we receive new requests related to buildings and the entire IT system architecture for businesses, utilizing available CRM, ERP, and Accounting tools on the market.

Among our toolset, we use Creatio, Odoo, Podio, Hubspot, OneBox OS, ISPro to set up and maintain the entire enterprise system architecture. We embrace new challenges and continually seek smarter and more effective ways to deliver value to our clients.

As a company, we deliver 4-5 complex business applications annually across various industries, including marketing, healthcare, law compliance, insurance, and HR management. You will be joining a highly collaborative Delivery Department and play a key role in ensuring the right system architecture, high-quality client engagement, and timely delivery of software systems.

You will manage a team of project managers, communicate directly with clients, oversee delivery processes, and hire and train project leaders to ensure seamless project execution.

This role requires a combination of project leadership, ERP experience, strong communication and sales activities, operational excellence, and a passion for delivering impactful digital products.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with current and potential clients for CRM or 1C migration
• Build and lead a team of Project Managers delivering CRM, ERP, and system integration projects
• Oversee the delivery division, including capacity planning, workload distribution, and PM performance
• Set delivery standards and best practices to ensure consistent and predictable project execution
• Guide PMs in managing escalations, client communication, and key project decisions
• Track delivery KPIs, portfolio status, risks, and bottlenecks, ensuring timely resolution
• Work closely with engineering, BA, design, and leadership teams to align delivery goals with technical execution
• Drive continuous improvement and scale delivery processes as the division grows
• Support presales activities when required: estimation, delivery strategy, staffing, and timeline planning
• Participate in workforce planning, including hiring, evaluating, and developing PMs and Leads

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Business Development Manager or similar role in an IT company
• Hands-on experience delivering CRM/ERP implementation, integration, or migration projects (Creatio, Odoo, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Zoho, 1C, or similar)
• Experience managing a multi-project portfolio and ensuring consistent delivery quality
• Proven ability to hire, lead, and develop a team
• Strong client-facing skills across all delivery phases: discovery, solution design, implementation, rollout
• Practical knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery frameworks
• Solid understanding of SDLC, basic system architecture, and capacity planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to structure business requirements and guide PMs
• Experience working with project financial metrics, delivery KPIs, and budgets
• Ability to drive strategic planning, scale delivery processes, and improve organizational practices
• Experience managing risks and creating effective mitigation plans
• Willingness to business travels (exhibitions, conferences, etc)

Nice to have

• Experience with system integration or enterprise-level solution delivery
• Degree in Project Management, IT, Engineering, or related field
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile leadership credentials
• English: B2–C1 level
