Керівника напрямку продажів на спеціальні культури
для подальшого розвитку і підтримки нашої ділової активності в Україні.

Ви будете працювати над такими задачами:

  • Розробка та реалізація стратегії продажів на спецкультури:
     формування цілей, продуктової лінійки та планів для досягнення результатів;
  • Управління командою:
     навчання, мотивація та керування командою менеджерів з продажу;
  • Розвиток клієнтської бази:
     залучення нових клієнтів та розвиток співпраці з наявними (дистриб'ютори, агровиробники, торгові мережі);
  • Аналіз ринку та конкурентів:
     вивчення ринку добрив, моніторинг конкурентів та адаптація комерційної стратегії;
  • Контроль виконання планів продажів:
    досягнення цільових показників з обсягів продажу та прибутку;
  • Робота з CRM-системою та звітністю:
     забезпечення якісного ведення CRM та аналітика результатів для підвищення ефективності;
  • Звітність та аналіз:
    облік результатів продажів, аналіз ефективності роботи команди тощо.

Профіль кандидата:

  • Вища агрономічна освіта;
  • Досвід роботи у продажах аграрної продукції (добрива, насіння, ЗЗР):
  • Глибоке розуміння ринку спец культур (садові, овочеві, ягідні, мережі магазинів зі збуту насіння/добрив);
  • Досвід B2B-комунікацій на рівні ключових клієнтів та роботи з великими мережами (буде перевагою);
  • Досвід управління командою;
  • Попередній успішний досвід реалізації стратегій продажів;
  • Англійська мова від рівня В1
    ;
  • Досвід роботи з CRM системами буде перевагою;
  • Розвинуті навички комунікації, аналітичне мислення, здатність швидко адаптуватись до змін;
  • Водійське посвідчення категорії В з досвідом більше 1-го року.
