Role Overview:

We're seeking a talented CRM Automation Engineer (GHL) to lead the creation, optimization, and management of GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows. Working closely with our sales, marketing, and client success teams, you'll build seamless automations, high-impact funnels, and campaigns that drive outstanding client results. If you're a GHL expert who thrives on turning complex challenges into efficient, results-driven solutions, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize GoHighLevel workflows, including lead capture forms, email/SMS automations, booking systems, and membership platforms.
  • Integrate GHL with tools like Zapier, Twilio, or Google Workspace to deliver end-to-end client solutions.
  • Lead client onboarding, conduct training, and perform system audits to boost GHL performance and uncover growth opportunities.
  • Leverage GHL analytics, A/B testing, and dashboards to analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, ensure system reliability, and stay updated on GHL's latest features and advancements.
  • Collaborate with the team to create scalable templates and best practices for GHL deployments.
  • Support special projects, such as migrating clients from other CRMs to GHL.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of experience as a GoHighLevel Specialist or similar role, backed by a strong portfolio of GHL projects.
  • GHL White Label or Agency Unlimited certification is a major advantage.
  • Deep expertise in marketing automation, funnel building, and CRM management; familiarity with tools like ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, or HubSpot is a plus.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills with a focus on detail and delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset, thriving in a remote work environment.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 40,000.00грн - 180,000.00грн per month
