Наразі знаходимось в пошуку Financial Manager для підсилення нашої команди.

Функціонал позиції:
1. Управлінський облік/звітність та контролінг:
- Перевірка та верифікація казначейських транзакцій (класифікації, повноти, точності тощо).
- Фінансові звірки (внутрішньогрупові рухи, нарахування заробітної плати тощо).
- Перевірка точності фінансових розкриттів.
- Підготовка щотижневих фінансових звітів/матеріалів для керівництва.
- Внесення проводок та коригувань в управлінську ERP-систему.
- Участь у зборі щомісячної, щоквартальної та річної управлінської звітності, включно з частковою підготовкою презентаційних матеріалів.
- Участь у план-факт аналізі.

2. Фінансовий аналіз:
- Аналіз основних монетарних показників бізнесу.
- Аналіз основних немонетарних показників бізнесу.
- Факторний аналіз фінансових результатів.

3. Бюджетування та планування:
- Участь у бюджетному контролінгу.
- Участь у щорічному бюджетуванні та подальшому репрогнозуванні в розрізі роботи з центрами витрат (збір та перевірка даних).

Job requirements

- Розуміння процесів бюджетування та планування (репрогнозування тощо).
- Глибокі знання Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Google Docs, Sheets, Presentations.
- Розуміння принципів бухгалтерського обліку (українські стандарти, МСФЗ).
- Корпоративні фінанси. Фінансовий менеджмент.
- Управлінська звітність та облік.
- Досвід використання ERP систем.
- Досвід використання аналітичних інструментів Tableau, Power BI.
- Звірки, контролінг, аудит.
- Фінансовий аналіз.
- Проектний менеджмент.
- Внесення управлінських проводок/коригувань.
- English B1
