international management company, we are looking for Chief Executive Officer (Cyprus location).

About the role:

Purpose of the role:
 CEO is responsible for providing strategic leadership, building, implementing, and sustaining a synergetic, efficient, and results-driven management system that unlocks the potential of the businesses within the Group.

Location:
Larnaca, Cyprus. Business trips: Ukraine (Kyiv), United Arab Emirates (Dubai), United Kingdom (London).

Reporting line:
Directly to the Founder; Advisory Board currently in formation.

Team:
The CEO leads the
management team
, as well as the
CEOs of the businesses
within the Group.

Total headcount of the management company: ≈50 FTE; total headcount across the Group companies: ≈700 FTE.

Key areas of responsibility:

Strategic Vision

• Development and implementation of a long-term business growth strategy in line with the Group's vision and mission.

Corporate Governance

• Establishment of a corporate governance system and creation of a transparent, efficient framework for decision-making, delegation of authority, and control that ensures the sustainable development of the Group of Companies.

Performance Management

• Cascading annual goals and key performance indicators from the Group level down to businesses.
• Regular performance assessment.

Center of Expertise for businesses

• Establishment & development of centers of expertise at the management company that provide businesses with practical and effective tools, knowledge, and solutions for growth and value creation.

Synergy between the businesses

• Creation of platforms for effective interaction within the management company, between businesses of the Group, and with the Founder.

Legal support & compliance

• Ensuring that business activities comply with laws and regulatory requirements across all jurisdictions.
• Promotion of a culture of compliance, ethics, and transparency.

Finance & Budgeting

• Development and approval, together with the CFO, of the financial plans and consolidated budgets of the businesses, ensuring alignment with long-term growth objectives.

Risk Management & Business Continuity

• Establishment, implementation and maintenance of an effective risk management system.
• Development and regular update of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the businesses.
• Managing crisis situations.

Innovations & Digital Transformation

• Implementing digital technologies and solutions to enhance the efficiency, innovation, and adaptability of the businesses.

Corporate culture & talent management

• Shaping values and development of the corporate culture
• Fostering leadership and ensuring a talent pipeline for the management company and the businesses within the Group.
• Building teams for the launch of new projects and businesses.

Profile of the leader we are looking for:

• 10+ years of leadership experience as the CEO / Managing Director or in the C-Level roles, preferably within a group of companies in a multicultural environment.
• Successful experience in developing and implementing growth strategies, transformations.
• Experience in building centralized service platforms for businesses and ensuring their effectiveness.
• Deep understanding of corporate governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Participation in M&A, IPO, and due diligence processes is an advantage.
• Business education.
• Fluent in English and Ukrainian.
