To date, Ajax product portfolio includes 180 devices for intrusion protection, video surveillance, fire and life safety, and comfort and automation.
About the role Clear and comprehensive documentation is not just an add-on to a product. It's the key to how quickly partners and users can deploy the Ajax system — and how confidently they can take advantage of all its features. This is exactly the kind of documentation you'll be creating with us. What awaits you:
  • Working with devices ranging from motion detectors to advanced fire safety systems.
  • Writing both dry technical specifications and in-depth articles about AI principles in cameras.
  • Daily collaboration with R&D, PROD, marketing, product managers, and web developers.
  • Preparing documents together with the certification team to meet international standards and bring products to new markets.
  • Becoming a "translator" of complex technical language into clear, user-friendly content.
Responsibilities:
  • Write technical specifications and align them with R&D.
  • Create web instructions that make complex features easy to understand for users.
  • Prepare supplementary materials and recommendations for convenient product use.
  • Support marketing projects from the technical side and grow your own expertise.
This role is for you if:

  • You have experience working with technical texts.
  • You are proficient in Ukrainian and English (B2–C1).
