We are looking for a Safety Manager to join our growing team.
?If you're ready to work in a dynamic environment, communicate daily in English, and assist drivers in real-time situations — we'd love to hear from you

What you will do:

  • Monitor the technical condition of our fleet and coordinate necessary repairs;
  • Arrange towing services, roadside mechanics, or repair shops in case of breakdowns or emergencies;
  • Track oil change schedules and locate service shops for tire rotations and maintenance;
  • Ensure drivers complete pre-trip inspections before each trip;
  • Assist and instruct drivers in the event of accidents or damage during loading/unloading;
  • Conduct initial calls with potential drivers and verify their documents prior to hiring;
  • Monitor driver logbooks and trips for compliance with safety regulations;
  • Respond to urgent insurance, accident, and damage issues with prompt and effective action;
  • Maintain accurate records and provide instructions and daily support to drivers;
  • Data entry in TMS software.

What is mandatory:

  • English level must be at least Intermediate;
  • Great communication skills;
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions;
  • Friendly, customer-focused approach to working with drivers.
