Обов'язкові вимоги:

  • Досвід в ігровій сфері від 2 років.
  • Досвід із Redshift Amazon (Mongo 3T буде хорошим +).
  • Досвід із Tableau.
  • Математично — технічна освіта (математика, програмна інженерія).
  • Досвід з іграми казуального жанру.
  • Знання Excel на високому рівні.
  • Знання SQL або базове знання будь-якої мови програмування.
  • Досконале знання ігрових метрик та маркерів ринку по них.
  • Глибоке розуміння як функціонує галузь та які є основні її гравці.
  • Експерт у виведенні висновків з отриманих даних, показових звітах і графіках.
  • Хороше вміння висувати гіпотези самостійно, спростовувати їх або підтверджувати.
  • Добре розуміння принципів монетизації, ціноутворення в іграх.
  • Знання теорії ймовірностей і статистики.
  • Досвід з АВ тесування, наявні успішні кейси.
  • Любов до ігор.

Обов'язки:

  • Аналіз ігрових фіч на етапі препродакшину та формування гіпотез впливу.
  • Аналітика базових показників гри,пошук слабких місць та формування висновків по них.
  • Післяапдейтний аналіз зміни ігрових показників та формування висновків.
  • Когортний аналіз.
  • Аналіз ринку та конкурентів.
  • Написання скриптів для пошуку в базі даних та використання вже готових скриптів (Mongo DB + Java Script).
  • Ведення A/B-тестування: від формулювання гіпотези - до оцінки результатів.
  • Ad hoc реквести.
  • Розробка сегментації гравців для мач-3 проектів.
  • Залученість в задачі по автоматизації роботи відділу аналітики.
  • Безпосередня взаємодія з менеджером проекту та відділом гейм дизайну.
  • Відстежування позиції застосунків за ключовими запитами та моніторинг об'ємів трафіку ключового слова
