Are you ready to work in a very innovative environment in the industry of wind energy?Region MED > SBU MED Sales Region SEUT > Sales UkraineThe Sales team for Ukraine is responsible for all sales-related activities from initial customer contact to submitting offers to negotiating new contracts for wind farms and concluding them.Also to be able to interact with different stakeholders involved in the chain and including the internal ones.With our presence and impactful contributions, we aim to be one of the top markets and ensure that Vestas remains the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.ResponsibilitiesSupport the internal and external dialogue with customers to ensure good understanding of customers projects in their pipelineSupport the Sales team in the screening and evaluation of sales opportunitiesCoordinate and support bid preparations and negotiationsEvaluate the requirements and design a solution in collaboration with other functions that meets the requirement for the bidEstablish bid proposal value, including direct costs, subcontractor/vendor costs, overhead, other costs, contingencies, using internal tools and managing internal stakeholder interfaces involved in the sales process (technical, financial, pricing, legal, construction and service)Organize bid proposals' documents to meet RFP requirements, as well as structure, develop, edit and write proposal sections per RFP requirementsEnsure involvement of internal stakeholders during execution of the sales strategyProvide contract closing and negotiation support to the Sales ManagerInvestigate and document outcome of sales opportunityCreate and maintain opportunities in Salesforce ensuring data quality targets are met for the departmentQualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, or engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or similar)Master's degree in business, engineering or finance is beneficial5+ years of similar experience in the energy industry, machinery, construction or related environment, large infrastructure projects or large manufactured productsCompetenciesCommercially oriented with a keen customer focusGood communication and negotiation skillsAdvanced analytical capabilitiesCollaborative worker ready to learn and growAbility to work internationally and willing to work with large demanding customersFluency in English and UkrainianWhat We OfferWe offer a challenging job with valuable opportunities for vocational and personal development at a renowned wind turbine manufacturer.
