The Business Development team in Genesis Head Office is building and fostering cooperation with all key partners of the Genesis ecosystem, including Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok and dozens of other major technology companies, as well as seeking and opening new opportunities for the business growth of the ecosystem.

We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced C-level professional to drive our strategic partnerships and unlock new avenues for business growth within our vibrant ecosystem. If you're a visionary leader with a proven track record of forging impactful partnerships, building strategic initiatives from the ground up, and excelling in negotiations, we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and unlock new business growth opportunities through in-depth market research and proactive engagement with internal and external stakeholders, leading to the establishment of new group-wide partnerships.
  • Formulate and execute comprehensive cooperation strategies with key ecosystem partners, including kicking off group-wide projects with the partners and negotiating and executing ecosystem wide deals.
  • Analyze partnership effectiveness and performance, generating actionable insights for internal stakeholders and new strategies for improvement, and making data-driven decisions for future initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain long-term, high-impact relationships with Genesis partners and stakeholders to strategically align with and fulfill evolving business needs.
  • Drive continuous optimization and improvement of existing processes, leading the implementation of innovative ideas and best practices across the department and organization.
  • Arrange and coordinate large-scale events and partnership initiatives for ecosystem businesses, collaborating with leading technology giants and industry leaders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in strategic roles in Big-4, FMCG, business development, project management, or similar.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English at an Advanced level or higher.
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to effectively process and synthesize large volumes of complex information to derive strategic insights.
  • Proven ability to lead complex processes, take full ownership, and consistently deliver exceptional results.
  • Strong initiative, proactivity, and an entrepreneurial mindset, with a demonstrated capacity to drive change and innovation.
  • Proven track record of negotiating deals.
  • Would be a plus — experience in hiring and successfully managing teams; setting up team goals, and conducting reviews.
