Саме в цю команду ми шукаємо того, хто любить динаміку, креатив і людей.

Що ти будеш робити

- Спілкуватися з клієнтами у чатах, телефоном і поштою так, щоб людина відчувала турботу навіть через екран;

- Шукати все — від найзатишнішого ресторану у Львові до тих самих тапочок-качечок ;

- Актуалізовувати інформацію у відкритих джерелах, вести клієнтів у CRM і тримати все під контролем — бо дрібниці важливі.

Ти — саме той/та, якщо...

- Вільно говориш українською, а англійською — на рівні від B2;

- Пишеш грамотно, тепло й красиво;

- Маєш гарне відчуття тону — знаєш, коли бути офіційним(-ою), а коли просто щирим(-ою) і важливим(-ою);

- Швидко знаходиш потрібну інформацію і перевіряєш її перед тим, як надіслати клієнту;

- Маєш ноутбук (Windows 10+ або macOS) і стабільний інтернет, щоб усе працювало гладко;

- Уважний(-а) до деталей, самоорганізований(-а) і вмієш тримати фокус навіть у динаміці;

- І головне — любиш допомагати людям. 

Буде перевагою, якщо...

- Маєш досвід спілкування з клієнтами — у сервісі, продажах чи підтримці (а якщо це VIP-рівень — взагалі вау);

- Знаєш, як працювати з CRM, або не боїшся швидко розібратися;

- Маєш зарядну станцію або стабільне джерело живлення, щоб бути на зв'язку навіть без світла.
