Are you a highly driven affiliate marketing expert ready to build an empire from the ground up? Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing force in the Crypto vertical, is seeking an experienced Head of Affiliate (min 2 years of experience).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full and decisive ownership of the entire affiliate direction across multiple projects within the Crypto vertical.
  • Architect, recruit, and lead a high-performing affiliate team from scratch.
  • Design, implement, and rigorously optimize a scalable affiliate strategy that drives significant user acquisition and ROI.
  • Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key affiliates, meticulously monitoring performance and continuously optimizing campaigns for maximum results.
  • Identify and leverage new trends, platforms, and partnership opportunities to keep the affiliate program at the forefront of the industry.

Who We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on, results-driven affiliate team management experience, specifically within the Crypto industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing and scaling large-scale affiliate campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • A clear and genuine readiness to build and lead a new department.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable, impactful plans.
  • You thrive on taking full responsibility and delivering exceptional results.
