De7 Partner, the partner of a leading IT Consulting Company in Europe, is looking for experienced professionals with a background in transportation, logistics coordination, freight management, or supply chain operations to join our SAP TM reskill program.

You will master how to:


• Collaborate with Ukrainian/global customers across transportation and logistics sectors;


• Design and optimize transportation processes using SAP TM;


• Communicate logistics and technical concepts clearly and effectively;


• Contribute to complex SAP transformation projects across various industries;


• Continuously learn, grow, and deepen your expertise in SAP Transportation Management;


• See the impact of your work through tangible business outcomes and financial rewards.

The reskill program includes:

1 month: Gaining fundamental knowledge of SAP TM through a paid training program.

2–7 months: Developing practical skills by working on a real project under the guidance of an experienced mentor – paid hands-on project experience.

8–12 months: Preparation and successful completion of SAP TM certification, followed by promotion to Junior SAP TM Consultant.

Required Skills and Experience:


• 3–5+ years of experience in transportation management, logistics coordination, freight operations, or as a key user of SAP TM or logistic related modules.

Solid understanding of:


• Transportation Planning & Execution: route planning, carrier selection, transport modes, and load optimization;


• Freight Order Management: freight order creation, tendering, subcontracting, and carrier communication;


• Freight Settlement & Cost Control: freight cost calculation, invoicing, dispute handling, and analytics;


• Real-life Transportation Scenarios: experience working with 3PL/4PL providers, international logistics, or multimodal transport setups;


• Incoterms & Global Trade: good understanding of Incoterms and how they influence transportation responsibilities, risks, and cost distribution between buyers and sellers.

Languages:


• Fluent English (minimum B2, ideally C1), both spoken and written.
