Приєднуйся до Jooble на позицію Product Manager у напрямі Marketer Stream, де ти формуватимеш майбутнє наших B2B-продуктів, сервісів та моделей монетизації.
У цій ролі ти будеш:
- Перекладати бізнес-стратегію агрегатора у конкретні продуктові рішення;
- Керувати ініціативами — від ідеї до експерименту, від MVP до масштабування;
- Впливати на ключові бізнес-показники Jooble завдяки data-driven прийняттю рішень.
- Має 4+ роки досвіду на позиції Product Manager (бажано у B2B або SaaS-середовищах);
- Має досвід управління і забезпечення узгодженості між крос-функціональними командами;
- Звила діяти проактивно у вирішенні проблем і вмієш швидко знаходити ефективні рішення;
- Демонструє системне мислення — сприймаєш продукт як частину ширшої бізнес-системи;
- Має сильні аналітичні навички та досвід роботи з продуктовими метриками: умієш оцінювати, інтерпретувати та прогнозувати бізнес-вплив експериментів;
- Має досвід розробки B2B-продуктів на Tier-1 ринках (США, ЄС) і розуміння очікувань користувачів та ринкової динаміки;
- Володіє англійською на рівні B2 або вище.
- Досвід у сфері Job Search або HR-Tech, розуміння моделі взаємодії між роботодавцями, платформами та кандидатами.
- Проводити дослідження ринку, клієнтів і конкурентів, щоб знаходити нові можливості для зростання продукту Jooble Aggregator;
- Валідовувати ідеї на ранніх етапах залучаючи потрібні експертизи (включаючи команди Biz Dev та Customer Success);
- Створювати, доповнювати, пріоритезувати та реалізовувати roadmap напрямку;
- Запускати та супроводжувати зміни в продукті й експерименти, забезпечуючи їхню коректну валідацію разом із командою розробки;
- Забезпечувати прозорий аналіз ефективності впроваджених рішень і вплив на бізнес, планувати масштабування в разі успіху;
- Співпрацювати зі стейкхолдерами (Country Managers, Client Success Managers, BizDevs, Stream Owners, Strategic Team) для збагачення ідей в напрямку, забезпечувати прозорість напрямків роботи команди і результатів, управління очікуваннями.
