Що ти робитимеш:

  • Розв'язуватимеш складні клієнтські кейси.
  • Пропонуватимеш рішення для оптимізації процесів компанії, щоб підвищити рівень self-care клієнтів і зменшити кількість звернень до контакт-центру.
  • Працюватимеш із повторними зверненнями клієнтів (Tail): прийматимеш дзвінки, аналізуватимеш ситуацію та знаходитимеш першопричину проблеми.
