For over 20 years, SFORS has been thriving in the stock market thanks to significant investments in trader development, trading technologies, advanced risk management models, and the creation of effective trading strategies — everything that helps traders achieve success.

Importantly, SFORS operates exclusively with its own capital and does not attract external investments.

We are currently looking for a Global Partnerships and Service Delivery Specialist to strengthen our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, ensuring high-quality communication and collaboration.

• Analyze and optimize business processes, contribute to regulations and automation initiatives.

• Handle incidents and problem cases, conduct root cause analysis, and prevent reoccurrence.

• Research, evaluate, and onboard new partners; analyze the market for collaboration opportunities.

• Conduct audits and assess the effectiveness of service processes.

• Form and manage the department's budget, monitor expenses, and propose optimizations.

• Participate in cross-functional projects and coordinate interaction with other teams.

• Ensure quality communication: align standards, monitor SLA compliance, and help resolve disputes.

• Document processes, maintain the knowledge base, and prepare reports and performance metrics.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in service delivery, partnerships, or operations.

• Experience in vendor management, negotiations, and problem-solving.

• Knowledge of business process design, budgeting, and cost optimization.

• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical tools.

• Fluent English (C1).

• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and capable of influencing processes and finding solutions.
