What You'll Do

As our
Sales Operations Specialist
, you'll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps our US-based sales and client-facing teams sharp. You'll own the tools, the data, and the processes that give sales the unfair advantage they need to win.

  • CRM Mastery:
    Keep HubSpot squeaky clean. No duplicates, no half-filled forms, no excuses.

  • Sales Support:
    Supercharge the pre-call prep with data, persona insights, and AI-powered handoffs. You'll make sure nothing falls through the cracks when clients shift from sales to delivery.

  • Pipeline Ninja:
    Keep deal stages accurate, spot the dead weight, and keep reps honest.

  • Contracts & Billing:
    Make proposals and PandaDocs fly out the door on time, with the right pricing, the right terms, every time.

  • Automation Whisperer:
    Spot inefficiencies, kill them with process improvements, and build workflows that scale.

  • Reporting & Insights:
    Deliver reports that sales leaders actually want to read—and back them up with insights that matter.

  • Tool Guru:
    HubSpot, ClickUp, PandaDoc, Google Workspace, AI assistants—you'll not only use them, you'll bend them to your will.

What Success Looks Like

  • HubSpot data accuracy above 95%

  • Client handoffs completed within 1 business day (with everything logged, classified, and synced)

  • Proposals/contracts out the door in 24 hours or less

  • Pipeline hygiene so clean it makes reps sweat—in a good way

  • Leadership praising your reporting (instead of ignoring it)

  • You spotting and fixing bottlenecks before anyone else even notices them

What We're Looking For

  • Solid experience in
    SalesOps or RevOps
    (bonus if you've tamed HubSpot or Salesforce before).
  • Sharp process brain—you see inefficiencies and instantly want to fix them.
  • Comfort with AI tools, automation, and building systems that scale.
  • Clear, crisp communicator (you'll be the translator between sales, ops, and finance).
  • Obsessive about details without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • A natural problem solver who doesn't just flag issues—you propose solutions.
