As a Marketing Specialist, you will enhance executive visibility on LinkedIn and across webinars, transforming ERP (Odoo) and digital transformation expertise into impactful thought leadership that builds credibility, strengthens brand positioning, and drives consistent demand.

Does this relate to you?
  • 1–3 years in B2B content, social media, or brand communications (outsourcing/tech/ERP/ a plus).
  • Strong C1 (or higher) English with clean, confident, and audience-friendly writing. Nice to have.
  • Comfortable shaping executive voices on LinkedIn and supporting webinar narratives.
  • Collaborative mindset—able to work smoothly with designers, marketers, and sales.
  • Curious, structured researcher who can turn scattered inputs into clear content.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with Odoo/ERP topics and operations (Sales, Inventory, Accounting).
  • Basic understanding of LinkedIn automation tools and ABM marketing.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, email nurture, outbound, and paid social/paid search coordination.
A new team member will be in charge of:
  • LinkedIn thought leadership: Plan and publish engaging content for executives (CEO/CTO/COO)—posts, carousels, short videos, and articles centered on ERP, operations, and digital transformation.
  • Nurture relationships with ICPs on LinkedIn (smart comments, thoughtful DMs, event invites) and surface warm conversations to the sales team, strengthening our brand presence and driving lead generation.
  • Support event marketing with email campaigns (invitations, follow-ups, post-event nurturing) using automations and targeted cold outreach to relevant audiences.
  • Research and develop strategies for promoting webinars across free and paid channels (newsletters, event listings, influencers), and assist with quality event partnerships through audience/event research, outreach, and cross-promotion.
  • Suggest improvements to event promotion and attendee experience.
  • Work closely with designers to develop eye-catching creatives (static, motion, thumbnails, carousels) that fit brand and platform best practices.
  • Support the Marketing Manager with concise research on ERP trends, competitor positioning, and target markets; turn findings into simple briefs for content and campaigns.
  • Coordination with Email Marketing, PPC, Webinar, and Web/SEO teams and service line managers to align narratives, share assets, and keep campaigns consistent across channel.
