Фахівця з обробки звернень клієнтів (дзвінки, чати)
, який допоможе зростати нашій екосистемі маркетплейсу.

Що ти робитимеш:

  • Обслуговувати вхідних чати/дзвінки клієнтів;
  • Косультувати клієнтів щодо товарів, замовлень, оплат, доставки та процесів на платформі;
  • Дотримуватись стандартів сервісу та виконання KPI у встановленні терміни;
  • Вирішувати звернення клієнтів, у співпраці з іншими підрозділами компанії;
  • Підтримувати позитивний клієнтський досвід через уважне, швидке та ввічливе обслуговування.

Що нам важливо:

  • Вільне володіння українською мовою: грамотність, чітке формулювання думок.
  • Впевнений користувач ПК, досвід роботи з CRM, 1С є перевагою;
  • Уважність до деталей, вміння швидко знаходити інформацію у внутрішній базі знань.
  • Емоційна стійкість, здатність зберігати спокій у складних або неочікуваних ситуаціях.
  • Вміння працювати з великим обсягом інформації та виконувати кілька задач одночасно.
  • Стійкість до рутинної роботи, висока відповідальність.
  • Готовність до навчання, бажання розвиватися у сфері клієнтського сервісу.

Буде плюсом:

  • Досвід роботи з CRM, 1С. Досвід роботи на аналогічній посаді.
