BAT УКРАЇНА ШУКАЄ АСИСТЕНТА ВІДДІЛУ ТОРГОВОГО МАРКЕТИНГУ 

МІСЦЕРОЗТАШУВАННЯ: Київ

ПОЗИЦІОНУВАННЯ РОЛІ ТА ЦІЛІ: Асистент відділу торгового маркетингу надає повну та вичерпну допомогу в повсякденній діяльності лінійного керівника та підвідділу торгового маркетингу (дивізіону).

Ключові обов'язки:

  • прийом і розподіл телефонних дзвінків;
  • ведення внутрішньої документації;
  • прийом та реєстрація вхідної та вихідної кореспонденції;
  • ведення баз даних, підготовка звітів;
  • організація підготовки робочих нарад, засідань та ділових зустрічей (протоколи зустрічей, логістична організація, тощо);
  • організація відряджень (замовлення квитків, бронювання готелів, замовлення таксі, оформлення документів);
  • підтримка контактів з постачальником (створення замовлень на закупівлю (РО));
  • планування бюджету для потреб відділу та роботи офісу;
  • створення запитів на оплату комунальних платежів, мийки, прибирання, перевірка рахунків;
  • організація процесу викупу продукції Компанії відповідно до внутрішніх політик та процедур;
  • координація щоденної роботи офісу (регулярне поповнення канцтоварів, продтоварів для офісу та координація їх доставки);
  • забезпечення адміністрування договорів (оренди офісних приміщень, послуг прибирання;
  • Контроль термінів дії договорів та вчасна пролонгація їх за потреби;
  • робота з обліковими системами Компанії у відповідності до внутрішніх політик і процедур Компанії (1-С, SAP, Outlook,Teams) та інших;
  • забезпечення роботи офісу (прийом відвідувачів Компанії, організація процесу ремонту і сервісного обслуговування оргтехніки та копіювальних апаратів в офісі;
  • ведення обліку канцелярського приладдя та його своєчасне замовлення,) ;
  • слідкувати за дотриманням політики безпеки (щоквартально заповнювати журнали з охорони праці та пожежної безпеки, проводити заміри мікроклімату та опору ізоляції в офісі, проводити навчальну евакуацію в офісах) ;
  • виконання вимог нормативних актів з охорони праці, пожежної безпеки, санітарії та гігієни праці;

Ключові вимоги:

  • вища освіта, 
  • структурованість,
  • вміння організовувати процеси та людей, 
  • відповідальність, уважність, пунктуальність,
  • хороші навички роботи з РС (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, 1С Бухгалтерія), вільне володіння українською мовою,
  • знання англійської мови – бажано,
  • досвід роботи офіс-менеджером,
  • адміністратором – бажано
