Requirements

  • Прийом запитів, пов'язаних з ІТ та інформаційною безпекою (отриманих телефоном, електронною поштою, через веб-систему, особисто), їх реєстрація, усунення проблем або вирішення технічних запитів користувачів.
  • Забезпечення того, щоб запити користувачів реєструвались та вирішувались в узгоджені строки (відповідно до SLA, якщо застосовно)
  • Вирішення технічних проблем користувачів обґрунтовано, точно і вчасно
  • Обслуговування першої черги систем Teams-телефонії, аудіо- та відео-конференц-зв'язку,
  • Надання першочергової технічної підтримки та вирішення проблем у разі виходу з ладу обладнання/програмного забезпечення користувача
  • Забезпечення першочергової технічної підтримки та вирішення проблем у разі збоїв у роботі мережі та помилок багатофункціональних пристроїв (друк, сканування, копіювання)
  • Встановлення та модернізація обладнання та програмного забезпечення комп'ютерних систем
  • Надання консультацій та проведення навчань для кінцевих користувачів
  • Участь у реалізації проектів ІТС у разі необхідності
  • Ведення баз даних та документації, пов'язаних з ІТ-службою підтримки
  • Дотримання процедур і політик ІТ-служб, баз даних ІТ-знань
