A position within Capital Markets Accounting Advisory Services presents a chance to handle complex financial reporting matters. You'll be responsible for addressing clients' needs with innovative solutions that tackle intricate financial issues related to transactions and other transformative events.

As an expert in US GAAP, you will collaborate with a team of problem solvers, assisting in resolving complex business issues from strategy development to execution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Candidates should demonstrate their ability to work individually and as part of a team with senior experts and professionals on complex accounting- and financial reporting matters. This includes advising multi-national companies and private equity firms on technical accounting and financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Drafting and advising clients on accounting policy and methodology
  • GAAP conversions and changes in accounting standards.

We expect our candidates to have interest in deals, capital markets, complex accounting, and other transactions-based activities, as well as operate effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced work environment.

About the Role

  • University degree or relevant equivalent education
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with US GAAP (accounting, preparation of financial statements)
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
  • Independence in planning and executing projects
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
