Senior Investment Professional

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in finance and a proven track-record in sourcing, structuring and closing investments. A minimum of 10 years of experience in the field is required, with a solid understanding of local issues and challenges. The role involves business development and client relationship management as well as coordination of activities with various stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the origination, evaluating, structuring, negotiating and closing of new transactions. They will also develop innovative financial structures for complex transactions, guide junior investment staff and oversee mapping exercises. Furthermore, they will participate in and prepare investment process documentation for internal review and decision-making purposes.
A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners and government officials to further develop specific investment opportunities. This includes identifying and evaluating opportunities that are not only financially sustainable but also contribute to social development impact.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English required and Ukrainian preferred. Strong inter-personal skills and a genuine commitment to sustainable development are essential. A high level of ethical standards and willingness to travel are also necessary.
