We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter in the crypto industry, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent across various disciplines within blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruiting plans.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Source, screen, and engage candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
