Main Accountabilities:
- Manages laboratory analyzes of grain and products to determine compliance with applicable standards.
- Controls laboratory tests and measurements by laboratory technicians.
- Ensures correct storage of grain samples and monitors their depersonalization.
- Prepares samples from incoming and shipping grain batches to determine grain safety indicators.
- Participates in interlaboratory tests.
- Ensures proper functioning of laboratory equipment.
- Monitors the state of the environment in special rooms where tests are conducted.
