Job Summary: Laboratory Assistant/Лаборант conducts laboratory testing and analysis of grain and products to ensure compliance with standards, monitors laboratory equipment, and ensures proper storage of grain samples.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manages laboratory analyzes of grain and products to determine compliance with applicable standards.
• Controls the correctness of laboratory tests and measurements performed by laboratory technicians.
• Ensures correct storage and monitoring of grain samples in the laboratory.
• Prepares samples from incoming and shipping grain batches to determine grain safety indicators.
• Takes part in interlaboratory tests.
• Maintains laboratory equipment and monitors the environment of special rooms where tests are conducted.
