Trade & Shopper Marketing Manager

MAIN PURPOSES OF THE JOB:
Trade Shopper Marketing (TSM) Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of Philips sales from in-store (both on-line and off-line stores) within assigned product categories
MAIN TASKS IN THE JOB:
Lead strategic development and implementation of Shopper Marketing plans by category, based on the Marketing calendar aiming to drive market growth and Philips profitable sales growth
Set standards for in-store presence (both online and offline) and enable sales team to execute them properly
Develop and execute in-store solutions (shelving, merchandizing, equipment, POSM) that will differentiate Philips products and stimulate disproportional sales growth
Ensure price and promo competitiveness for Philips products and initiate changes wherever needed
Lead annual and quarterly planning for in-store activations and promos
Initiate and execute category management projects from start to roll-out
Create tailor made activations: selling story, customized presentation, visibility materials, promo, demo, etc to enable sales growth with key customers;
Participate in quarterly customer meetings, communicate with customers to ensure TSM projects execution
Plan, execute and administrate TSM budget usage
Perform other job related tasks required to maximize business results
Requirements: Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
Higher education (economics preferably)
Fluent verbal and written local languages in addition to English (at least Intermediate level).                                                              Â
Min. 2 year of experience in trade marketing or min 3 years in Marketing/Sales or category management experience withing FMCG company or retailer
